Eagle Rock Reservation: This massive 408-acre plus park features hills, streams, and valleys. It's located on the borders of Montclair, West Orange, and Verona. The park offers a September 11 Memorial, nature trails, scenic observation deck, softball field, restrooms. cooking and picnic area, and parking lots.
Glenfield Park: This 19-acre Essex county park is in Montclair, with a small part also occupying Glen Ridge. It has two basketball courts, two softball diamonds, a community center with game rooms. meeting rooms, craft rooms, kitchen, restrooms, two children's playgrounds, footpath, and nature trail; Maple Avenue.
Mills Reservation: Approximately 150-acres, this park remains in its natural state with woods and trails for hiking; Normal Avenue.
